A lively and expressive handwoven scarf, inspired by the colours of a woodland in bloom — mossy greens, deep blues, and bright notes of pink and violet woven through with warmth and texture. Each layer reveals its own rhythm, echoing the change of seasons and the quiet beauty of wild places.
Every yarn has been hand spun on my Ashford Country Spinner and hand woven on my Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom in Northumberland. The fibres include merino wool, hand dyed Lincolnshire Longwool locks, sari silk, cotton, recycled fibres, and a touch of Angelina sparkle for gentle light-catching shimmer.
Each scarf is a unique piece of wearable fibre art — filled with texture, colour, and the calm energy of handmade craft.
